Hi, I'm Chris. I experience fulfillment by expressing myself through photography. Not so much from writing personal bios. So here we are, on the about me page. I guess I'll ramble a bit about camerastuffs.

Photography for me is many things. For one, it's a way to represent a moment in time, to document it, and reflect the world into a little box. Glass and photosensitive materials are fun tools for collecting little rays of life that bounce at certain angles and frequencies around us, and crystallize them into a memory.

Making photos is to be a curator of frequencies, of angles and memories, and it allows the curator to choose those in a manner that can enhance, editorialize, or refocus the viewer's experience. It takes thought and discipline, and sometimes it works better than others. I try to twist the rays into tasty little memory bites with sprinkles of something... well, I invite you to take a look for yourself, and fill in the adjective.
